改革开放以来,我国对外贸易迅猛发展,出口贸易成为我国经济高速发展的重要引擎,同时遭受的贸易摩擦数量越来越多、范围越来越广,并向技术含量更高领域转移。遭受贸易摩擦的原因是多方面的,要通过多种渠道来化解贸易摩擦,促进我国国际贸易稳步、健康的发展。
