民办高校学生党员联系服务群众的关键在于制度化。在民办高校实施学生党员责任区制度、培养学生党员联系服务群众观念,符合民办高校人才培养目标,有利于建立民办高校学生党员联系服务群众的长效机制。民办高校要从六种类型、两个载体、三项管理和四种功能构建学生党员责任区制度体系。

The key of private universities ＇student Party members contacting and serving the masses is institutionaliza- tion. Implementation of the student Party members area of responsibility system in non--governmental institutions, to develop student Party members contacting and serving the masses, meet the training objectives of private universtes, and conducive to the establishment of long--term mechanism of private universities students contacting and serving the masses. Private colleges should build a system of student Party members area of responsibility from six types,two carriers, three management and four functions.
