摘要
新建地方本科院校"申硕"工作是对其办学实力、办学特色、办学理念、办学层次的综合考察。本文研究了新建地方本科院校"申硕"的必要性、可行性以及差距,并制定了实施方案。
Applying for master＇s level education right is popular in newly developing local undergraduate universities. It is the compositive investigation for these kind of undergraduate universities in the aspects of ability, feature and idea when running universties. This article studied the necessity, feasibility and gap of applying for master＇s level education for newly developing local undergraduate universities, and made the project of implement.
