摘要
在我国高等教育体系中,人力资源管理专业起步是比较晚的,专业建设存在诸多方面的问题,其中师资队伍建设是较为薄弱的环节,但整体上一直在探索与发展中稳步前进。陕西师范大学基于对人力资源管理专业的理解与定位——层次性、实践性与双重性,通过注重现有师资队伍的配置、吸纳具有企业经历的高学历人才、鼓励教师积极参与企业实践、"双挂课程"建设等措施不断优化和提升专业师资队伍,努力为人力资源管理专业的稳步发展打造关键一环。
In China, the human resources management(HRM) specialty was established later. There are many problems in HRM construction,and the faculty construction is relatively weaker. The orientation to HRM is hierarchy, partialness and dualism in Shaanxi Normal University. Based on this orientation,it is vital to enhance and optimize HRM faculty through allocating the ex- isting teaching staff,attracting high educated talents with enterprise experience,encouraging teachers to practice in enterprise and "double course" construction.
