基于B-SLIM教学模式的高职英语视听说教学——以《奥普拉脱口秀告别晚会——视频片段节选》授课为例

Teaching Audio-visual and Speaking English in Higher Vocational College Based on B-SLIM Teaching Mode

高职英语视听说教学是培养学生英语交际和综合应用能力,尤其是听说能力所必须的教学手段。但一直以来视听说教学模式陈旧、教学效果不佳、学生听说能力不强已成为高职教师迫切需要解决的问题。本文以《奥普拉脱口秀告别晚会——视频片段节选》的授课为例,论述了如何将B-SLIM教学模式运用到教学实践中,设计以学生为主体、教师为主导的教学活动,帮助学生获取知识和技能,做成功的语言学习者。

Audio--visual and speaking English teaching and learning in higher vocational college serves as an essential teaching means to develop students＇ communicative competence and all- roung abilities, especially their abilities to listen and speak. However,the outdated teaching method, unsatsifactory teaching efficiency, togherther with the students＇ poor listening and speaking abilities,has become a pressing problem for teachers to solve. Taking video clips from Oprah Surprise Spectacular as teaching materials,this paper discusses how teacher applies B SLIM teaching mode to practical teaching to design student-- centered teaching and learning activities, helping them become successful learners.
