摘要
近年来,有关公务员的话题一直都是人们讨论的焦点。各类人才削尖脑袋都想挤进被称为"铁饭碗"的公务员行业。"僧多粥少"的现状不可避免的会在选拔的过程中产生一些问题。本文就公务员选拔过程中的裙带关系问题进行研究,通过真实案例,分析其中存在的权利腐败问题,进而对此种裙带关系的问题提出解决对策。
In recent years, the topic of the civil servants has always been the focus of discussion. The various talents try their best to squeeze into the government branch which is known as the ＂iron rice bowl ＂. The state of demand exceed supply will inevitably bring about some problems in the selection process. This papermakes a study of the civil servants in selection process of nepotism, analyses the existing rights corruption through some real cases, and then proposes some solutions.
