摘要
用"四全育人"模式加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,是新时期思想政治工作的客观要求,也是提高思想政治教育实效性的必然选择。本文在分析"四全育人"模式内涵和各构成要素之间相互关系的基础上,围绕"育人"这个核心任务,从教学与管理联动、课上与课下联动、网络上和网络下联动三个方面,提出了构建"四全育人"模式运行机制的相关策略。
Using ＂four full-Education＂ mode to strengthen and improve university students＇ ideological and political education is the ob- jective requ/rement of the new period, and is the inevitable choice to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education. This paper analysed the connotation and inscapes＇ relationship of ＂four full-Educatlon＂ mode, and proposed countermeasures to construct ＂four full-Education＂ mode and its operating mechanism around the core task of education, from the linkage of teaching and manage- merit, clau and outside, on and oflline.
