新形势对职业教育教师队伍建设提出了新的要求。思想道德素质、文化专业素质、教学科研素质和身体心理素质是职业教育教师的基本素质结构,也是新形势下职业教育教师应该具备的素质结构。职业教育教师只有具备了这些素质结构,才能适应新时期人才培养的需要,更出色地完成职业教育中的各项任务。

The new situations raise brand-new requirements to the training of vocational education teachers. Thought and morality quality, cultural and pxofessional quality, teaching and seientific research quality, physical and psychological quality are the basic quality struc- tures of. vocational education. They are, also the necessary quality stnlcmres for vocational education teachers under the new situations. Vocational education teachers cannot satisfy the requirements of talent straining under the new situations and fully complete the various duties of vocational education unless possessing these quality structures.
