摘要
"同伴互助"最早在80年代被西方学者提出,并作为教师专业发展的一种行之有效的途径。目前,随着国内对教师专业发展的关注,国内学者也逐渐引入"同伴互助"这种互助形式,以期促进我国教师专业发展。然而,只有充分认识当前国内关于"同伴互助"的研究现状、研究中存在的问题及未来趋势,才能真正运用到实际教学当中,使其为我所用。
As early as 1980s, peer coaching was brought forward as an effective way .to promote teacher profes~;ional development in western world. Nowadays, with more and more attention paid to teacher professional development, peer coaching was gradually intro- duced into China in order to promote our country' s teacher professional development. However, only the full understanding of the current domestic research status on peer coaching, its corresponding research problems and future trends, can really make it helpfuL
