摘要
囊泡单胺转运体2(VMAT2)是神经内分泌细胞膜上必不可少的蛋白质,参与转运细胞内单胺类递质,在体内分布广泛。近年来,VMAT2在胰腺中的定位及生理功能初步被阐明。随着分子影像学和神经内分泌学的蓬勃发展,VMAT2作为B细胞的潜在分子标志物,在活体外利用其特异性配体,通过正电子断层扫描评价胰岛B细胞量、早期预测与诊断糖尿病的方法备受关注。该文就VMAT2与糖尿病的相关研究进展予以综述。
Vesicular monoamine transporter 2(VMAT2),widely distributes in the body,is an essential protein in the neuroendocrine cell membrane involved in transporting monoamine neurotransmitters.In recent years,VMAT2's localization and physiological function of the pancreas have gradually been elucidated.With the vigorous development of molecular imaging and neuroendocrinology,VMAT2 as potential molecular markers of evaluation of the amount of beta cell mass(BCM) in vitro using its specific ligand,by positron emission tomography(PET),will be an noninvasive method of early prediction and diagnosis of diabetes.Here is to make a review of the related research of VMAT2 in diabetes mellitus.
