摘要 近年来,氢分子抗氧化效应在生物医学领域引起研究者的重视。氢作为抗氧化小分子物质,可选择性抑制羟自由基及过氧化亚硝基阴离子,从而缓解氧化损伤、防治相关疾病。线粒体是细胞内自由基的主要生成部位,线粒体氧化损伤与众多疾病的发生与发展密切相关。因此,氢分子的细胞内作用机制可能与线粒体密不可分。该文就近年来氢的抗氧化效应及其线粒体机制的相关研究进展予以综述。 The antioxidant effects of molecular hydrogen has attracted attention from biomedical field in recent years.As a small antioxidant molecule,hydrogen is identified as a selective scavenger of hydroxyl radical and peroxynitrite.Mitochondria are the main sources of free radical and associate with the progress of many diseases.Therefore,the mechanism of molecular hydrogen in vivo may have close relation with mitochondria.Here is to make a review of the research progress of hydrogen antioxidation effect and its mitochondria related mechanisms in recent years.
