脑钠尿肽与心血管疾病关系的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 脑钠尿肽(BNP)有多种生物学效应,可通过调节血压、血容量和水钠平衡等机制参与多种疾病的发生与发展。近年来,随着对BNP与心脏病、高血压、糖尿病等多种疾病间关系研究的逐渐深入,BNP的价值越来越受到重视,临床上将血浆BNP或N末端-proBNP浓度检测用于疾病的诊断、危险分层、指导治疗、预后判断及风险人群的筛查等。目前,国内外对BNP与多种疾病的相关性研究很多,该文就BNP与临床疾病的研究进展予以综述。 Brain natriuretic neptide(BNP) has many biological effects,which plays an important role in the development of many of clinical diseases through regulating blood pressure,blood volume and the balance of water and sodium.Recently,with the deepening of the research of the relations betweenBNP and clinical diseases,such as cardiac disease,hypertension and diabetes mellitus,the clinical value of BNP gets more and more attention.Plasma BNP or N terminal-proBNP concentration can be used for disease diagnosis,risk stratification,guidance for treatment,prognosis and risk population screening.There are a great deal of research on the correlation between BNP and multiple diseases,and here reviews the research progress of BNP and clinical diseases.
