Here is to investigate the research progress of the epidemiology and pathogenic bacteria detection methods of fungal infections.Through analysis on the epidemiological situation of Candida,Aspergillus,Mucor,Cryptococcus,Histoplasma and description of the test methods of traditional laboratory and molecular biology for pathogenic fungus,it＇s found that molecular biology techniques are replacing the traditional fungal infection detection methods gradually,which provides a favorable basis for early diagnosis and treatments of the clinical patients,and realizes timely and effective prevention and control of the fungal infection and development.
