摘要
该文探讨了真菌感染的流行病学及病原菌检测方法的研究进展,通过对念珠菌、曲霉菌、毛霉菌、隐球菌以及组织胞质菌等感染的流行病学情况,以及传统实验室及分子生物学对病原真菌检测方法的阐述,发现分子生物学技术正在逐步替代传统真菌感染的检测方法,为临床患者的早期诊治提供了依据,有效地预防和控制了真菌感染的发生和发展。
Here is to investigate the research progress of the epidemiology and pathogenic bacteria detection methods of fungal infections.Through analysis on the epidemiological situation of Candida,Aspergillus,Mucor,Cryptococcus,Histoplasma and description of the test methods of traditional laboratory and molecular biology for pathogenic fungus,it's found that molecular biology techniques are replacing the traditional fungal infection detection methods gradually,which provides a favorable basis for early diagnosis and treatments of the clinical patients,and realizes timely and effective prevention and control of the fungal infection and development.
