Experience of Quality Control of Clinical Bacteriology Laboratory Tests

随着临床微生物学的发展,一些新的细菌检测技术不断出现。细菌检验人员要掌握细菌变化的特点,包括细菌分类、菌落变化、细菌天然耐药性等,应用一些灵敏快速的检测技术,如显色培养液技术、免疫学技术、核酸检测技术、全自动微生物分析仪、质谱技术等,不断提高细菌检验质量,及时为临床提供病原学诊断和药敏试验结果,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。

With the development of clinical microbiology in recent years,some new bacterial detection technologies have emerged.Bacteria detection conductors should understand the characteristics of bacterial evolution（bacteria classification,bacterial colony changes,natural drug-resistance,etc.）,apply quickly responsive detection techniques（such as chromogenic medium,immunology technique,nucleic acid detection technique,automatic microbiology analyzer,mass-spectrometric technique）,and improve bacteria detection quality,so as to provide etiological diagnosis and drug sensitive test results,to conduct the rational usage of antibiotics in clinical.
