评价社区200例糖尿病患者强化管理和治疗的效果

Evaluation of the Strengthened Management and Therapeutic Effect of 200 Patients with Diabetes Mellitus in the Community

目的探索和评价社区200例糖尿病患者在强化治疗和管理方面的有效模式,增加糖尿病患者的治疗达标率,降低医药费,减轻患者的经济负担。方法选取200例已确诊的社区糖尿病患者,随机分为普通组和强化管理治疗组,各100例。强化管理治疗组的治疗方案由专业医师进行制订,而普通组则需要进行一般健康知识的学习和遵医嘱进行药物治疗。以上两组采用一对一的治疗,比较和观察两组患者的临床症状、用药情况及医药费用情况。结果治疗半年后,强化组的空腹血糖、腰围、三酰甘油、胆固醇及糖化血红蛋白均低于普通组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于普通组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗半年后,两组的治疗费用比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性加强管理治疗的糖尿病患者,疗效较好,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore and evaluate the effective pattern in the intensive treatment and the management of 200 diabetes patients in the community,to increase diabetic patients treatment compliance rate,reduce the medical expenses and the economic burden of the patients.Methods A total of 200 cases diagnosed with diabetes in community were selected,and randomly divided into two groups： normal group and strengthened management treatment group,100 cases in each.The therapy treatment regimens of the strengthened management group was made by specialized physicians,while the normal group was given general health knowledge and drug treatment.One-for-one treatment was adopted in the above two groups,and clinical symptoms,medication and medical expenses of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After six months of treatment,the strengthened treatment group fasting blood glucose,waist circumference,TG,TC and HbA1c were lower than those of normal group,HDL-C higher than normal group,and the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）;The costs of treatment after half a year were compared,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Targeted and strengthened management of treatment of diabetes patients has better efficacy,and should be widely applied.
