摘要
“单圆弧等误差法”是一种新的处理非圆曲线的自动编程问题较有效的计算方法。与其它圆弧拟合法相比,它兼具“等误差”和拟合用的圆弧段数尽量少的优点。采用该方法拟合盘形凸轮轮廓,可以简化凸轮的加工工艺,大大缩短设计、制造的周期。
A new and effective algorithm offered by author is that a set of single--aresegments with equal error can be used to approximate a non--circular curve. Com-paring with other ways of circular segments approximating it has advantage ofboth equal error and fewer circular segments. If this way is used to approximatea disk-type cam, it can simplify the processing, greatly shorten the period ofdesign and manufacture.
