摘要
采用水溶液聚合方法,通过对影响该反应的主要因素交联剂、引发剂质量分数的考察,制得半导电高吸水性树脂,该树脂吸水倍率高,能够显著降低高压电缆用半导电阻水产品、半导电缓冲阻水产品和单面半导电阻水产品的体积电阻率。
After investigating the factors to affect superabsorbent properties,such as crosslinker dosage and initiator dosage,semi-conductive superabsorbent was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization method.The experimental results show that this semi-conductive superabsorbent not only has high water absorbency,but also can significantly reduce the volume resistivity of the semi-conductive water blocking products,semi-conductive bulky water blocking products and semi-conductive single-layer water blocking products.
