摘要
中国石化天津分公司采用不同的处置方案处理污水处理场产生的污泥。隔油池底泥、浮渣等含油污泥大部分进焦化装置代替焦化塔的冷焦水,同时回收污油。对生化过程产生的剩余活性污泥和部分含油污泥混合后采用薄层干燥法进行干燥,干燥后物料送锅炉焚烧,实现了污泥全部无害化处理。
The sludge from different sources is treated distinctively in Sinopec Tianjin Branch.For oily sludge,such as separation tank sediment and scum,it is sent to the delayed coking unit and used as cooling water in coking tower.For residual activated sludge from biological processes,it is treated in the thin layer drying unit and sent to boiler to burn after drying.All the sludge in Tianjin Branch has been harmlessly treated.
