摘要
聚对二氧环己酮(PPDO)是一种重要的医用生物材料,对它的探究和探索,一直在国际上受到重视。但由于其单体对二氧环己酮制备成本高昂,阻碍了它的进一步推广。从制备铜铬催化剂入手,通过对催化剂掺杂La元素或利用α-Al2O3载体负载的手段改善催化剂制备工艺并通过SEM,EDS对催化剂进行表征。再利用所制得的催化剂催化一缩二乙二醇制备对二氧环己酮,并利用GC-MS对所的产物进行了验证。
Poly(p-dioxanone) is a very important medical biological material.So there is sustained interest in the research of PPDO synthesis at home and abroad.But,the high cost of preparing PDO which is monomer of producing PPDO has blocked the further use of PPDO.In this paper,the preparation methods of copper-chrome catalysts were discussed,and its properties were improved by doping La element or using α-Al2O3 carrier.Then SEM and EDS were used to investigate the copper-chrome catalysts’ structure and composition.The catalyst was used to prepare PDO,and the product was verified by GC-MS.
