干煤粉气化密相输送的工业应用

摘要 简介了干煤粉输送系统工艺,阐述了粒径分布、水含量、压差、工艺流程和输送载气等因素对煤粉输送影响,对其进行分析,提出优化调整,通过这些措施提高了干煤粉输送系统稳定,保证了煤粉输送系统的畅通。 Dry pulverized coal conveying system was introducsed.Effects of particle size distribution,water content,pressure,process and carrier gas and other factors on the coal conveying were analyzed.Optimizing and adjusting measures were put forward.After implementing these measures,the stability of dry pulverized coal conveying system was improved.
