摘要
焦炭塔生产工艺特殊,裙座长期处于热应力和机械应力的作用。运行不到1年时间的焦炭塔,在柔性槽附近的锥体母材部位出现穿透性裂纹。针对该裂纹产生的原因进行分析,并制定出相应的措施。
The coke tower has a special production process;its skirt is usually under the action of long-term thermal stress and mechanical stress.The coke tower runs in less than a year,its cone base metal part appears through-wall cracks.In this paper,causes of the cracks were analyzed,corresponding measures were put forward.
