阴极保护装置在成品油长输管线上的应用

Application of Cathodic Protection Devices on the Long-distance Refined Oil Pipeline

A-D长输管道埋设于地下,长期受到外部土壤与内部介质的腐蚀而经常发生泄漏事故。针对A-D成品油长输管线腐蚀的原因进行了分析,并对长输管道外腐蚀类型进行了界定,在此基础上提出了长输管线外防腐措施,即采用管道外防腐与阴极保护装置的联合防护。结合阴极保护在A-D成品油长输管线的实际应用,经过1年的运行测试,结果保护电位全部达标,阴极保护效果良好,为管线的安全运行提供了必要的条件。

A-D long-distance pipeline buried in the underground,leakage accidents frequently occur because of the long-term erosion of soil and internal medium.In this paper,the cause of the A-D long-distance pipeline corrosion was analyzed,and the long-distance pipeline external corrosion types were defined.Based on these results,the anticorrosion measure of the long distance pipeline was put forward,namely using comprehensive protection of outer corrosion prevention and cathodic protection devices.The cathodic protection devices have been applied on A-D long-distance pipeline for one year,good protection effect has gained,and the cathodic protection devices provide the necessary conditions for safe operation of pipeline
