了解全国试点县级公立医院推行医药分开成效现状发现,县级公立医院的药品可及性增强、服务量增加;医院收入稳定;现有的信息化建设状况不能满足医院服务需求;政府投入不到位;以药养医现象未消除;医务人员积极性下降,为解决这些问题,相关部门应完善与医药分离协同的配套政策,保障医药分离的可持续运行,同时对县级医院进行合理补偿,保障县级医院的有效运行。

After analy zing the resuh of the Departure of Patient Treatments and Medicine Sales in county level hospitals, it is found that the accessibility of the drug is enhanced and the county hospital service was increased ;the income of county hospitals remained stable ; the informatization of county hospitals can not satisfy the ever - increasing hospital service ; financial support of the government is inadequate ; the phenomenon ＂ Medicine Feeds Doctors＂ is not eliminated; medical staff＇s work enthusiasm is disappearing. It is recommended for relevant departments to perject the supporting policies for the departure, and ensure the continuously impalement of the Departure of Patient Treatments and Medicine Sales in county level hospitals.
