摘要
试验结果表明 :在 12种不同配方基质中 ,各组合基质间的干、湿重达极显著差异 ,扦插生根率和杯期苗木高生长达显著或极显著差异。以容积比为 2∶1的炭化木糠 +黄心土基质的平均每扦插杯干重和湿重都最轻 ,分别为 40 .9g和 5 2 .1g ;扦插平均生根率最高的为泥炭土 +黄心土基质 ,生根率最低的为容积比 1∶1的炭化栲胶渣 +黄心土基质 ,分别为 85 .9%和 6 .7%;从基质改良角度考虑 ,容积比为 2∶1∶1的木糠 +黄粘土
different light cultural media for cutting propagation of Eucalyptus ABL were studied. Both the dry weight and wet weight are the lightest while the medium is composed of carbonized saw dust and yellow soil in volume ratio 2 to 1 and they are 40.9 g and 52.1 g per container respectively. The medium with peat and yellow soil has the highest mean rooting rate which is up to 85.9% and the medium composed of carbonized tannin extract residual and yellow soil by the ratio of 1 to 1 has the lowest in 6.7%. The results of variance analysis indicates that the wet and dry weight, the rooting rate and the height growth in various media is significantly different and the medium which composes of carbonized saw dust,yellow clay, and yellow soil at the volume ratio of 2 to 1 to 1 is the best.\;
