针刀治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症30例临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Efficacy on 30 Cases of Degenerative Lumbar Spondylolisthesis Treated with Acupotomy

目的观察针刀治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症患者的临床疗效及其影像学变化。方法将60例退行性腰椎滑脱症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用针刀疗法对病变节段附近的阳性反应点进行闭合性松解术,对照组采用普通针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后症状、体征和影像学改善情况。结果两组治疗前后症状与功能改变组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后影像学改善情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组愈显率比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刀疗法治疗退变性腰椎滑脱症优势明显。值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis（DLS） treated with acupotomy and the imaging changes.Methods Sixty cases of DLS were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each one.In the treatment group,acupotomy was used for closed lysis at the nearby positive reactive sites of the affected vertebras.In the control group,the common acupuncture was applied.The symptoms,physical signs and imaging improvements were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The differences in the symptoms and functions were significant before and after treatment in the comparison of each group（P 0.05）.The results in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（P 0.05）.The improvements in imaging before and after treatment were not significant in the two groups（P 0.05）.The curative and effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Acupotomy achieves the obvious advantages in the treatment of DLS and deserves to be further promoted in clinic.
