The importance of protection and exploitation of the vegetable resources is commented. Establishment of resources pool is a effectual way for this purpose. This paper also gives a brief introduction of the vegetable resources pool, its scale, design and management as well. The value of a pool in exploitation of vegetable resources is also discussed.\;
