Research on the Development Strategies of Shanghai New Social Organizations

新型社会组织因其是现阶段社会组织中最活跃的部分而备受关注,通过剖析上海新型社会组织发展面临的问题,借鉴国内外在社会组织培育和监管的经验,从外部环境、管理机制、财政配套、队伍建设、平台建设等方面提出促进上海新型社会组织发展的对策建议。

The new social organization,as the most active part of social organization at the present stage,continues to remain a major concern. Based on the analysis of the problems about the development of Shanghai new social organizations,this paper learns from the successful cultivation and regulation experience of domestic and foreign social organizations, and provides suggestions on promoting Shanghai new social organizations development from the aspects of external environment, management mechanism,financial support,team construction and platform construction.
