摘要
探讨了基于加速度监测的落锤压力标定方法,通过监测落锤撞击活塞时的加速度来确定落锤装置所产生的标定压力。首先介绍了基于加速度监测实施落锤压力标定的基本原理,获得了落锤撞击加速度与油缸内标定压力的理论关系;在此基础上进行了相关的实验研究,由实验数据建立了实用的压力-加速度峰值模型;最后通过实验验证所得模型的可行性。
Investigation is made on the drop weight pressure gauge based on the acceleration monitoring, in order to determine the accurate pressure value given by the device via monitoring the acceleration of the drop weight at hitting the piston. The basic principles are introduced on the performance of the drop weight pressure gauge based on the acceleration monitoring, so as to get the theoretical relationship between the accel- eration of the hitting drop weight and the calibrated pressure in the cylinder. Then some relevant experiments are performed on this base and a re-liable pressure-acceleration peak model is built according to the experimental data. Finally the feasibility of this model is tested by another experi-ment.
