简要介绍了振摆筛分机校准装置的工作原理;描述了如何利用自制"数字识别"传感器从LED数码管上获取光信号来实现被测时间信号与标准器的同步,并结合测频、测周的基本原理实现对振摆筛分机时间参数的测量;简要描述振摆筛分机振动频率信号和转速信号的转化与测量。
A brief introduction is given on the working principles and the measuring technique of vibration sieving instrument. A description is given on how to get optical signals from LED digital tube by means of homemade "digital recognition" sensor and achieve the synchronization of the measured time signal with the standard, and how to measure the time according to the basic theories of the frequency measuring and the period measuring. The transformation and measurement on the vibrating frequency and the rotate speed of vibration sieving instrument is described in brief.
