摘要 针对带提升阀的被动式体积管,提出了一种提升其在流量测量下限值附近范围测量性能的改造方案。设计采用辅助复进机构,使得被动式体积管的运动机构能够在低流量条件下获得足够的运动初速度,克服静摩擦力影响,从而避免单纯依靠介质压力启动活塞产生的压力突变,提高了带提升阀的被动式体积管运行的平稳性和稳定性,大大提高了工作效率,扩展了测量下限。对装置的校准结果的比对,验证了本装置性能和方案的可行性。 A transformation scheme is proposed to enhance the measuring performance of a small volume prover with a poppet valve at spe-cifically the low flow range. A recoil mechanism is used in order to overcome the static friction and get enough muzzle velocity in the low flow range, so as to avoid the mutation pressure. With the improvements of smoothness and stability, its work efficiency is greatly enhanced, and the lower limit of measurement is extended, too. The calibration results are compared with those before, which confirms the good performance and feasibility of the scheme.
