冷冻联合药物灌注治疗透壁型纵隔支气管旁淋巴结结核患者的护理

Nursing of Patients with Transbronchial Tuberculosis Mediastinal Lymphadenitis Treated by Cryotherapy Combined with Drug Perfusion

目的探讨经支气管镜冷冻联合药物灌注治疗透壁型纵隔支气管旁淋巴结结核患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2008年10月至2011年4月第二军医大学长海医院收治的冷冻联合药物灌注治疗23例透壁型纵隔支气管旁淋巴结核患者的临床资料。结果经过联合治疗后,23例患者的41个病灶中,20个病灶痊愈、14个病灶好转、4个病灶部分好转,3个病灶未见好转,总体有效率达92.68%。结论精心、全面、细致地护理有利于促进冷冻联合药物灌注治疗透壁型纵隔淋巴结结核患者的康复。

Objective To explore the nursing methods for patients with transbronchial tuberculosis mediastinal lymphadenitis treated by cryotherapy combined with drug perfusion under flexible bronchoscopy. Methods Clinical data of 48 patients with Transbronchial mediastinal lymphadenitis treated by cryotherapy combined with drug perfusion from October 2008 to April 2011 were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results A total of 23 patients with 41 lesions were involved in the present study. Of these lesions, 20 were completely cured, 14 were locally controlled,4 were partially controlled, and 3 failed. The total efficacy was 92.68%. Conclusions Carefully,comprehensive and meticulous nursing interventions may contribute to promoting rehabilitation for patients with transbronchial tuberculosis mediastinal lymphadenitis while performing cryotherapy combined with drug perfusion under flexible bronchoscopy.
