钛微合金化贝氏体复相钢研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用扫描电镜及透射电镜等对不同工艺条件下钛微合金化贝氏体复相钢的组织性能进行研究。结果表明:试验钢的抗拉强度均大于775MPa,最高可达到875MPa,-20℃冲击功不小于27J,具有良好的强韧性配合;均匀细小的以贝氏体为主加少量铁素体的复相组织,随着轧后冷却速度升高,组织中铁素体组织比例逐渐减少;钢中析出物主要是纳米级TiN和TiC粒子,弥散分布在晶界、位错等处,可以起到细晶强化和沉淀强化作用。 It is researched the structure and properties of titanium microalloying bainite dual phase steel under different processes with scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. It is showed from result that the tensile strengths of test steel are all larger than 775 MPa, the highest to 875 MPa, impact power under -20 ℃ not smaller than 27 J, the steel has a good match between strength and toughness; in homogenous and fine dual phase structure with bainite as main body plus a small amount of ferrite, along with after - rolling cooling speed higher, the proportion of ferrite in the structure gradually reduced ; the most part of precipitate in steel is composed of TiN AND TiC particles of nanometer level, dispersive distributes at grain boundary and dislocation, can plays a role of fine grain strengthening and precipitation strengthening.
