摘要
介绍了30MnSi钢棒生产工艺流程,分析了PC钢棒延迟断裂的断口形貌、化学成分、气体含量、金相组织、脱碳层、表面质量。为消除PC钢棒延迟断裂的原材料缺陷,提出了PC钢棒用30MnSi钢盘条质量的工艺改进措施。
It is introduced the production process of 30NnSi steel bar, analyzed the delayed fracture of PC steel bar in the following respects: the fracture surface morphology, chemical composition, air content, met- allographic structure, decarburization layer, surface quality. To eliminate the defect of raw material for PC steel bar, process improving measures proposed for quality of wire bar of 30MnSi steel used for PC steel bar.
