摘要
应用定性化数据测量系统分析方法,发现了检验人员对钢材表面质量缺陷判定不一致性的问题,提出了"定位、定量、定度"检验表面质量缺陷的方法;有效解决了检验人员对质量缺陷判定不一致的问题,向用户提供了满意的产品。
With analysis method of qualitative data measuring system, it is found the inconsistency in judge of surface defect of steel products from different inspection personal. The ＂three item fixed＂ method for inspec- tion of surface quality is proposed out. With it the above problem is solved well, qualified products offered to customers.
