邯钢运输部为了充分利用公司内部资源,缓解水渣自备车紧张状况,将长期封存的40辆N100型平板车改造为C90型敞车,对车体、制动装置作了改进,并且对车体表面作了防腐处理,释放了邯钢480m线路资源。
