摘要
介绍了轧机主传动变频器冷却系统的构成、水循环系统的原理,对系统运行中出现的四种常见故障及其报警信息进行了分析,找出了产生故障的原因,提出了处理方法和改进措施。
It is introduced the composition of cooling system and principle of water circulation system of fre- quency converter for main drive system of rolling mill, analyzed the four common breakdowns in system op- eration and its alarm information, found out the reason, proposed the treating method and improving meas- ures.
