草甘膦对水生生物的毒性效应及环境安全性研究

报道了草甘膦对鱼、水蚤和藻类的毒性及剂量 -效应关系 .研究表明 ,草甘膦对麦穗鱼、蚤状蚤和斜生栅藻的急性毒性均属低毒 ,其中蚤状蚤对草甘膦较敏感 .残留试验结果还表明鱼塘水中草甘膦的消失迅速 ,施药后 6 d,残留量低于 0 .0 1mg/ L。

WT5”BZ]The toxicity and the dosage response of glyphosate on aquatic organisms are introduced in the paper. The results showed that glyphosate was low toxic to fish ( psudorasobora parva , LC 50,24 96h >403.8 mg/L), daphnia ( daphnia pulex , LC 50,24h =20.04 mg/L) and algae ( scenedesmus obliquus , EC 50,24 120h >308.6 mg/L), and the daphnia was the most sensitive to glyphosate among the aquatic organisms. The results also showed that the disappearance of glyphosate in water was very fast and it was less than 0.01 mg/L on the sixth day after application, and glyphosate could be absorbed on sediments while disappeared slowly.
