摘要
分别采用叶片喷雾法和叶面涂毒法测定了印楝素对朱砂叶螨室内毒力和驱避活性。结果表明,印楝素具有一定的触杀和驱避作用,其对朱砂叶螨成虫的半致死浓度为0.35 mg/ml;在质量浓度为0.125 mg/ml时,处理48 h后驱避率仍可达到70%以上。研究表明印楝素可以有效防治朱砂叶螨,作为新型植物源农药具有良好的开发前景。
Toxicity determination and repeUency activity of azadirachtin against Tetranychus cinnabarinus was carried out by airbrushing and coating of insecticide on leaf method, respectively. The bioassay shows that the half lethal concentration ( LC50 ) of azadirachtin against Tetranychus cinnabarinus is 0.35 mg/ml and the repel- lency rate could maintain up to 70.0% after 48 h at a concentration of 0. 125 mg/ml, which suggest aza- dirachtin has good touch killing activity and repellency activity. This suggests that azadirachtin could be much of market application due to its efficiency of protection against Tetranychus cinnabarinus.
