摘要
主要介绍了利用可见分光光度计检测白酒中氰化物的方法的改进及其探讨。按照国标GB/T5009.48—2003中所规定的氰化物检验方法对样品中氰化物进行检测,但在实际检测时发现,样品中加入异烟酸-吡唑酮后会产生白色浑浊,干扰测定结果。针对此种现象,本研究设计了以4500 r/min进行离心(时间为15 min),以期消除乳白色浑浊现象,并消除干扰因素,试验结果较好。
The improvement of the use of visible spectrophotometer for the detection of cyanide in liquor was investigated. According to the detection method of cyanide in GB/T5009.48--2003, it was found that in actual detection, white turbidity occurred in the samples after the addi- tion of isonicotinic acid-pyrazole ketones which would interfere with the detection results. In this study, centrifuge with the rotating speed of 4500 r/min was applied for 15 min centrifugation of samples to eliminate the phenomenon of milky white turbidity in samples, and satisfactory re- suits had been achieved.
