There were many discussions about ＂pathogenic factors＂ in Huangdi＇ s canon of medicine. ＂Pathogenic factors＂ was an important concept in traditional Chinese medicine, both relating to healthy qi and referring to various pathogenic factors. This paper focused on the analysis of the concept and pathogenesis of ＂Fuxie＂, ＂Guxi＂ and ＂Xiegui＂.
