华佗消毒液体外实验研究

Experimental Study in Vitro of Huatuo Disinfectant

目的研究纯中药组成的华佗消毒液杀菌和杀病毒的作用。方法将不同浓度的华佗消毒液与大肠杆菌8099、金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡萄菌)ATCC6538、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞(枯黑芽胞)ATCC9372等混合后进行定量杀灭实验;对HBsAg和HBeAg的灭活采用酶联免疫法并与0.2%过氧乙酸(C2H4O3)消毒效果进行比较,同时对乙型肝炎病毒聚合酶(HBVDNA-P)亦进行灭活实验和在电子显微镜下观察消毒前后的乙型肝炎病毒颗粒(HBV)的结构与形态的改变。结果华佗消毒液对大肠杆菌8099作用15分钟,对金葡萄ATCC6538作用30分钟其杀菌率均达99.9%,对枯黑芽胞ATCC9372作用60分钟其杀菌率达99.82%;对HBsAg、HBeAg、HBVDNA-P均具灭活作用电镜下HBV的形态与结构均被破坏。结论华佗消毒液可广泛用于卫生、保健、家庭、旅游业等消毒用于伤口、感染、皮肤性病等有消毒杀菌作用。

Objective To study the antibacterial and antivirus of Huatuo disinfectant that was composed of pure Chinese medicine. Methods Different concentrations of Huatuo disinfectant were mixed with Escherichia coli-8099, cocci-ATCC 6538 and B. Subtihis-ATCC 9372 to do the experiment of quantitatively killing acclivity. The antigen of HBsAg and HBeAg were extinction by enzyme-linked immunization and compared its curative effects with 0. 2% C2I-I403. It was also taken an experiment of killing HBVDNA-P and observed the change of Hepatitis B virus pattern and structure by electronic microscope before and after disinfect. Results The percentage of killing Escherichia coli-8099 and cocci-ATCC 6538 were 99.9% by using Huatuo disinfectant for 15 minutes and 30minutes respectively while it applied to B. subtihis- ATCC9372 for 60 minutes the percentage of killing bacteria was 99.82%. It had the sterilization function to HBsAg, HBeAg and HBVDNA- P. Observing by electronic microscope, the pattern and structure of Hepatitis B virus were destroyed. Conclusion HuaTuo disinfectant could be widely used disinfecting in the area of hygiene, health care, family and traveling. It could also be used to sterilize injury, infection, dermatosis and venereal disease.
