升阳益胃汤治疗神经性耳鸣临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of Sensorineural Tinnitus

目的观察升阳益胃汤治疗神经性耳鸣(脾虚湿滞型)的临床疗效。方法选择符合纳入标准的神经性耳鸣患者80例,分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组用升阳益胃汤治疗,对照组给予复方丹参片0.96g/次,日3次口服、ATP片40mg/次,日3次口服,及甲钴胺片500μg/次,日3次口服,连续治疗15d。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为87.50%,对照组总有效率为67.50%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论升阳益胃汤治疗神经性耳鸣(脾虚湿滞型)疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effects of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of sensorineural tinnitus caused by dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency. Methods A total of 80 patients suffered from sensorineural tinnitus were divided into 2groups： treatment group and control group. The treatment group was used with Shengyang Yiwei Decoction and the control group was given compound Salviae Miltiorrhizae 0.96g/time, ATP 40mg/time and Mecobalamin tablets 500μg/time orally 3 times a day. The therapy continued for 4 weeks. The effectiveness of the 2 groups was compared after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment was 87.50% , the control group was 67, 50%. There was significant difference between 2 groups（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Shengyang Yiwei Decoction was an effective medicine in the treatment of sensorineural tinnitus caused by dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency.
