穴位注射法治疗急性腰痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Acupoint Injection in Treatment with Acute Lumbago

目的探讨穴位注射法治疗急性腰痛的疗效,并比较其相对针灸理疗治法的疗效优势。方法将临床资料具有可比性的急性腰痛患者随机分为2组。一组采用穴位注射法治疗,对照组采用针灸理疗法治疗,以3天为治疗观察期,观察并比较两组的治疗效果。结果穴位注射组总有效率为82.6%,治愈率为60.8%;对照组总有效率为62.5%,治愈率为30%。结论穴位注射法治疗急性腰痛有明显的治疗优势。

Objective To discuss the curative effects of acupoint injection therapy for acute lumbago and to compare the relative acupuncture therapy efficacy advantage. Methods Comparable clinical data of acute lumbago patients were randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated by acupoint injection therapy, the control group use acupuncture therapy for treatment of. To 3 days for the treatment of the observation period, compare and observe the therapeutic effects of two groups. Results The total effective rate of acupoint injection group was 82.6% , cure rate was 60.8% ; the total effective rate of control group was 62.5% , cure rate was 30%. Conclusion The treatment of acupoint injection therapy for acute lumbago had obvious therapeutic advantage.
