摘要
从云南西双版纳的景洪、勐腊两地的热带作物园香草兰疫病果荚、茎节、叶片上分离到10个疫霉分离菌，根据孢子囊、厚垣孢子、藏卵器、雄器形态、菌落形态及主要生长温度，鉴定为烟草疫霉（寄生疫霉）Phytophthoranicotianae(P.parasitice),10个分离菌株均属于A1交配型。
During August to September,1995,some pod, stem and leaf tissues of Vanilla affected by phytophthora blight were obtained from 2 vanilla plantations in Jinghong city and Mengla county, Yunnan province. A total of 10 isolates of Phytophthora sp. Were isolated and identified as Phytophthora nicotianae Van Breda de Haan (P. parasitica)ac cording to their morphologies and cardinal temperatures. The mating type of 10 isolates belongs to Al mating type.
