摘要
通过对云芝菌丝连续 12h的观察 ,发现云芝细胞核的分裂有两个高峰期 :即 8∶0 0~12∶0 0 ,14∶0 0~ 18∶0 0。云芝细胞核的有丝分裂主要出现在菌丝顶端 ,顶端生长是菌丝生长的主要方式。在观察中还发现云芝细胞核在分裂中期的染色体数为 4条。
Through 12h observation of Polystictus versicolor mycelia, we found that there were two peaks of nuclear division, one was at 8:00~12:00, the other was at 14:00~18:00, that the cell nucleus mitosis of P. versicolor was mainly appeared at the tip of the mycelia and tip growth was the major growth type of the mycelia, and that there were 4 chromosomes at the metaphase stage of P. versicolor cell nuclei.
