摘要
以研究美军战术数据链中的电子情报消息格式为基础，结合我军电子对抗侦察情报工作实际，提出了我军电子对抗侦察情报消息格式化的四个着眼点，构建了雷达对抗与通信对抗、参数数据与目标数据相结合的综合电子对抗侦察情报数据模型，最后以可变消息格式为基础对综合电子对抗侦察情报消息的格式化进行了描述。
Through the deep analysis of the ELINT format of US tactical link, as well as our practical EC reconnaissance work, firstly, four focuses on developing our EC reconnaissance intelligence format are proposed in this paper. Then, a unified EC reconnaissance intelligence data model is established. In the end, the EC reconnaissance intelligence format is described based on VMF （vailable message format）.
