服务业对战略性新兴产业的支撑效率研究——以东北三省电子及通信设备制造业为例

Research on the Efficiency of Service Industry's Support for the Strategic Emerging Industries:Evidence from China's Northeast Provinces' Electronic and Communication Equipment Manufacturing Industries

伴随战略性新兴产业内涵的不断丰富和发展,服务业对于战略性新兴产业的支撑作用问题逐渐引起学界的关注,但研究视角多是基于经验角度的定性分析。为在定量层面更客观分析服务业对于战略性新兴产业的支撑效率,以东北三省为样本空间,以电子及通信设备制造业为产业样本,综合运用DEA包络评价、灰色关联和通径分析的方法,从投资驱动的视角实证研究"服务业固定资产投入"对"战略性新兴产业经济产出"产生的影响。结果表明:当前阶段,服务业对于电子及通信设备制造业的服务支撑效率,因区域的不同而在DEA评价结果层面产生差异,但相对于生产性服务业,消费性服务业更具有投资的比较优势;今后阶段,应加大对于以租赁和商务服务业为重点的生产性服务业的投入。

The supporting role of service industries for strategic emerging industry has gradually aroused the attention in the academic field which was with the constantly rich and development of the connotation of strategic emerging industries,but the research perspective were usually just based on the qualitative analysis of experience.For quantitatively and more objectively analysis the service supporting efficiency for strategic emerging industries,took Northeast 3 provinces as the sample space and took electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry as sample,comprehensive used methods of DEA,Grey Correlation and Path Regression empirically analyzed the influence of ＂ service industry investment＂ on ＂ economic output of strategic emerging industry＂ which was under the perspective of investment driven.Results show that,at the present stage,the DEA evaluation result of support efficiency of service industry for electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry was unified on different regions.But compared to the producer services,consumer services have more comparative advantages in investment.Next stage,the decision-making departments should increase the investment for leasing and business service industry which was on behalf of producer service.
