The Instructive Strategies Based on the Social Development of College Students

文章在分析大学生社会性发展概念的基础上,主张高校辅导员应从大学生思想提升的需要、社会学习的需要、人际交往的需要以及生涯发展的需要入手,在思想引导、学业帮扶、人际互动、提升就业质量方面下功夫,在教育管理工作中明确大学生社会性发展的价值取向,推进差异化教育和人性化管理,重视网络教育平台建设,发挥网络的正向社会化功能。

Based on the analysis on the social development of the college student,it is suggested that the college instructors should consider the student’s need of improving morality,learning from the society,interpersonal communication and career development.They should make more efforts on moral education,academic advice,interpersonal communication and improvement of career competence.In the process of education management,they should clearly understand the student’s value orientation of their social development,promote the individual education,and pay more attention to the e-learning facility development.
