环境风险评价与安全风险评价相容性研究

目前一些环境风险评价和安全风险评价报告混淆严重,不利于风险评价水平的提高。通过对环境风险评价和安全评价的相关性和差异性进行分析,得出二者可以相容的结论。该研究成果,不但促进了风险评价的完整性和科学性,更可以作为风险评价的新思路,具有一定的现实意义。

At present, environmental risk assessment report and safety evaluation report confuse seriously. This is not conducive to the development of risk assessment level. The environmental risk assessment and the safety evaluation can be compatible through analyzing the relevance and dissimilarity of the environmental risk assess- ment and the safety evaluation. The research achievement of this topic has the great practical significance, not on- ly promoting the integrity and science of the risk assessment ,but also can be the new way of thinking as risk as- sessment.
