长沙市坪塘污水处理厂的生态发展战略 被引量:2

摘要 建立了由MSBR池和三级"植物塘+人工湿地"组成的复合景观型生态污水处理组合工艺系统,用以集中处理城市生活污水。系统连续运行近一年的处理效果持续稳定,出水水质优于国家(GB18918-2002)一级A排放标准。"MSBR+人工湿地"组合工艺具有占地面积小、运行成本低、出水水质好、生态环境效益显著等优点,吨水占地面积约2.8m2/t,吨水运行成本约0.60元/t。长沙市坪塘污水处理厂的生态治污组合工艺方案,从所选用生态治污工艺、致力污水再生利用、推进生态景观建设和坚持低碳清洁生产4个方面阐述了其生态发展战略。 A multiple landscape system consisting of a modified sequencing batch reactor (MSBR) and a tertiary plant-pond and constructed-wetland composite was established for a central treatment of municipal domestic sewage. A yearly continuous operation showed that the treatment results were stable and sustainable. The quality of the water treated by this ecosystem was better than grade A water of the National Standard for Discharging Municipal Wastewater (GB18918-2002). The "MSBR + constructed wetland combined process" had the advantage of small site, low running cost, good effluent water quality and ecological environmental benefit. The used land area for processing one ton of water was 2.8 m2 and the running cost was 0.60 RMB yuardton. Pingtang Sewage Treatment Plant in Changsha illustrates its ecological development strategy from the following four aspects:choosing ecological pollution control technology, reusing and recycling wastewater, promoting ecological landscape construction and maintaining low-carbon clean production.
